First and foremost, I want to hear your story. I believe that every person has the right to be seen and heard and I believe that one of the keys to healing is understanding the root of the pain. I draw from various areas of psychotherapy like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness, but I believe my greatest tool is myself. I’m someone that is very curious about what makes people tick and I want to explore that with you. My goal is to help you understand the root cause of your anxiety and develop the tools you need to manage and thrive in your daily life.
I’m authentic, I’m human, and I’m not afraid to laugh or cry with you. I’m right by your side, every step of the way.
If you’re ready to shed your unhealthy behavior patterns and gain deeper insight into yourself contact me today. I can’t wait to talk to you!
Want more details about me?
I graduated from the University of San Francisco Masters in Counseling Psychology Program with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2010. Since then I have worked as a therapist in various non profit organizations in San Francisco, have provided therapy to countless teens in the San Francisco Unified School District, and happily opened the doors to my practice in 2015 where I am grateful to support high achieving, successful teens girls, women, and mothers manage their feelings of anxiety and overwhelm.
