My approach to therapy is integrative which means I use different techniques and styles of therapy in our work together. No two people are alike and I tailor my work specifically to you. I’m a fan of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (for those pesky nagging thoughts) and Mindfulness ( for when your brain is going a hundred miles a minute and you need to refocus).
